Nisargamitra 2.0 Winners Project

In this unique project, Sarthak collected tree bark samples of 15 trees by sketching their patterns on paper.
He collected complete information including the tree's common name, scientific name, and bark texture.

In this project, Arianna collected photos and videos of 20 butterfly species she saw in India and abroad.
She classified the butterflies according to their sizes, colours, and wing patterns.

Revati collected seeds of 9 plants and classified them by their mode of spread(Air/Animals etc.)
She also provided detailed information on their medicinal uses, fruiting time, distribution etc.

Praneet made a high-tech smart irrigation working model for his houseplants. His model used a soil moisture sensor that sent moisture readings to the microprocessor.The microprocessor switched the water pump on and off based on low/high moisture readings

The student team has used old papers, cardboard, ash , clothes to make excellent models of animals like Giraffe, Elephant ond others.

The team used craft paper to make artistic origami of wild animals like giraffes, elephants, frogs, snails etc.

Osh made origami models of marine animals like Turtles, Fish, Octopus, Sharks etc. His animal models included shallow and deep-sea creatures.

This group of students surveyed the different kinds of spider webs found in their area.They found webs of many types such as flat webs, triangular webs, circular webs, and funnel-shaped webs.

The group surveyed 22 species of insects, noting both their local and English names.They also classified the insects according to their movement (flying, crawling, jumping etc.) & feeding methods.

Spruhan visited a veterinary hospital in Chincholi, Sharan (Nashik).By interviewing veterinary doctors, he gathered information about animal diseases, their treatments, and vaccinations

The student listed down local plants like Mango, Tulsi, Bel etc and provided information on their uses and importance in festivals & cultural rituals.

After he found that the air conditioner consumes the most electricity in his house he came up with an innovative solution.He researched which components in the air conditioner use more energy and tried to find alternatives for them.

These students collected wastewater samples from the Sindhudurg fish market and tested them in a laboratory for pH, dissolved oxygen levels, and dissolved minerals.
They then tried to find inventive solutions to improve the market's hygiene and protect the freshwater ecosystem

Yatharth created an innovative rainwater harvesting model to increase the groundwater level,which will ultimately raise the level of water sources in the area.
